    Up for sale is this beautiful antique sterling silver piece Signed Theodore B Starr, New York. I'm not sure if its purpose, my guess is that it is a wine bottle coaster. It features a beautiful design including an angel or Cherub playing a string instrument, surrounded by flower wreaths, ribbons and horns. Please view all 12 photos to help judge condition, I have not attempted to clean or polish the piece at all. There are a couple of dings on the bottom rim. Measures about 3 1/4" tall, 3 1/2" diameter on top, 4 1/4" on the bottom.
