    Description

    Fish Record coasters with sterling silver rims and Sintzenich paintings.  These 4 coasters are I think porcelain, the rims are marked Gorham sterling silver.  Each fish; a blue marlin,  a dolphin,  a large-mouth bass and a Brooke trout, along with the statistics of the catch,  is on a separate coaster.  The renderings of the fish are done by Sintzenich.  You will be able to see the records  in the photos with the listing.  I think they are mid century-ish as to when they were made. Each coaster measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter.  At least one of the records represented still stands.  The latest record on the backs is 1950.  The earliest is 1916.  The set of four is in very fine shape with no scratches or dings in the silver rims.
