Have you ever bought some used rackmount rail kits for your Supermicro server, and then found out that you're missing the screws that secure the outer rails to the rack posts? Without these screws, your outer rails probably rattle a little bit because they are just hanging by the hooks. Even worse, when you are mounting your server, you may have to carefully press the outer rails inward to meet the inner rails, making mounting them a little bit more of a hassle. You see, when you buy a brand new rack rail kit, it comes with a bag of screws and washers. 4 of these screws and washers are meant to lock the outer rails to square hole rack posts in a 4-post rack. The washer centers the screw, and the screw locks the rail in so they are secure and in the correct position with little "play", otherwise just sitting on the hooks the rails can float side ways a little bit.
I build servers. And I often use Supermicro components and almost always, the used rackmount kits never include the screws that usually come with a brand new kit. I finally decided to get a brand new kit and took measurements of the screws and sourced a supplier. So, for anyone else who might have been in the same shoes as me looking for these screws and washers, here you have it!
Keep in mind, these screws and washers work only with square hole rack posts and with the following Supermicro 2U/3U/4U rackmount rail kits:

Included in this sale are 4 screws + 4 washers total. You need one screw and one washer for each corner in a 4-post rack. See my photos to get an idea how they attach.
To re-iterate, this is for SQUARE HOLE RACK POST only, in a 4-post rack for the above mentioned rail kits.
