Vintage Bermuda Tankard Mug/Cup Barrel Look Souvenir Dated 1951 Japan

This listing is for a unique Bermuda Tankard mug. This gem looks like a barrel, complete with two silver banks around the body of the mug. The handle is also finished in a shiny silver color. The mug tapers with a wider base. There is a green mark on the bottom edge. See photo. The underside of the mug is marked, “Bermuda Tankard, Made in Japan.” In addition, someone added, “Irene Wilkins 1951.” The mug is 3 3/4” tall and the opening of the mug is 2 1/4” in diameter. There is a small nick in the rim, about the size of a pinhead and a scratch on the top silver band. See photo. Other than noted, there are no other chips or cracks to this item.
