Vintage Ruffled Glass Candy Dish with Sterling Silver Base

Description

This is a lovely candy dish standing 4 inches high and 6 inches wide.  Its ruffled and  has a little hobnail style going around the rim. ( See pictures)  The base is sterling silver and may need some cleaning.  See last picture for indication of sterling silver.
