Vintage Tin Vinyl Plastic Crawling Baby Doll Original Outfit Battery Not Working

Up for sale is an adorable, vintage crawling baby.  It is battery operated, and I tried throwing a couple in and it did not turn on.  I am not sure if the batteries I had were good or not either though.  I am selling as is.  The baby is in the original outfit, which is a light yellow flannel one piece with plastic on the knees.  It is in pretty rough condition- holes, marks and wear.  The face is vinyl and is decent, but shows a little color loss and a few small marks.  The body of the doll is tin and plastic, and the hands are arms are plastic.  I know some people have called these dolls "Roscoe" brand, but I could not positively identify that.  The doll is about 13" long and 10" tall.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions and thanks for looking!
