Description

The Vollrath 59300 Mirage® Cadet countertop induction cooktop is suited for light range operations. With 20 power levels, the user has a variety of options, and the cooktop’s timer helps them manage operation while its pushbutton controls and high efficiency rating both improve the experience. Safety features include overheat protection, automatic small article and pan detection, empty-pan shut-off, and automatic shut-off. If the top is still hot after the unit is turned off, the display will read "HOT" to alert users and prevent burns. This cooktop is only compatible with magnetic or induction-ready cookware.
