DDES will ship using through both USPS and UPS. Please allow 2 business days for processing in case of unusually large volume of orders and auction closings.
DDES does not ship internationally. However, we ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO by using USPS shipping method (Make sure to choose that option)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number through ebay. You can track your package on USPS.com or UPS.com
DDES does not offer delivery service nor do accept pick-up.

Return
DDES offers a 30 day Return or exchange policy. Again, Buyers are responsible for shipping costs of returns and/or exchanges. The postage and packaging fee will NOT be refunded.
In case of defective item, we will send you a replacement without any additional shipping charge, but still
return shipping must be paid by the buyer.
Returned products must be in their original packaging and must include all forms and accessories that were in the originally received package. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer's carton. In some cases, we may have to charge you a fee or reduce the amount refunded for the replacement of damaged, altered, or missing contents or carton.
We reserve the right to refuse certain returned items. These items will not be accepted or refunded:
